Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Fini LLC ("Fini") for using fini.ai and the Fini.ai service. By using the service you accept them.
1. The service
Fini.ai provides an AI customer support agent that learns from content you provide and answers, takes actions and hands over conversations on your behalf. The service is currently in early access: features may change, and we may limit or pause access while we improve it.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to bind your business. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.
3. Your content and your customers
You own the content you provide and the conversations your agent has. You give Fini permission to process it only to provide and improve the service for you. You're responsible for having the rights to that content, for the actions you allow your agent to take, and for telling your customers they're talking to an AI assistant where the law requires it.
4. AI output
AI answers can be wrong. Fini answers from your content and shows its source, but you remain responsible for reviewing your agent's settings, policies and allowed actions. Don't use Fini for medical, legal, financial or other advice where an error could cause serious harm.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, send spam, deceive or harass people, infringe others' rights, collect sensitive data you're not permitted to hold, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
6. Plans and fees
Plans, limits and prices are on our pricing page. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, plus any usage above your plan up to the cap you set. You can cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted. We may update the service and these terms; if a change materially affects you, we'll tell you in advance.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Fini's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Fini in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if greater. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. On termination we delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
