Fini.ai is free forever for 250 AI replies a month. Paid plans are Starter $19/mo (2,000 replies), Growth $59/mo (8,000) and Scale $199/mo (30,000), or 20% less billed yearly. Extra replies cost $6 per 1,000. Add-ons: Fini Resolve at $0.39 per resolved helpdesk ticket and Fini Assured at $29/mo.

Fini routes most questions to fast, efficient models and only uses larger models when a question is hard, and it caches your knowledge so it isn't re-read on every message. We pass that saving on because we'd rather have ten thousand happy small businesses than a hundred large contracts.

Yes. The Free plan includes 250 AI replies every month with no time limit and no card. Your agent is never deleted for being idle.
What counts as an AI reply?
One answer Fini sends to a customer. Replies your team writes are free, and there are no multipliers for using better AI models.
What happens if I go over my replies?
On paid plans, extra replies cost $6 per 1,000 up to a monthly cap you set. On Free, Fini offers email handover until the next month.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited teammates.
Is there a discount for yearly billing?
Yes, 20%: Starter $15/mo, Growth $47/mo and Scale $159/mo when billed yearly.
Do you charge for migration?
